When you are quantum jumping you embrace certain feelings and bask in certain emotions you’d feel when imagining and already knowing that your manifestations are yours. They’ll quickly realize that true healing comes from our body's natural functions that we were born with, it’s certainly not the herbs or pharmaceutical medicines. In fact, the healing begins in the mind first, with a conscious decision to create an environment conducive to internal and external well-being.
For instance, once we mentally understand that disease can be identified as the lack of power or energy normally leading back to the deprivation of oxygen and that this oxygen deprivation within the body causes our cells to not break down their food which is nothing but energy on a micro level. We’ll start to prioritize oxygen intake through specific practices and healthy habits, allowing the life force energy known as the breath to fuel our body's innate healing capacities.

Torry: The primary audience is those dealing with a specific disease or simply seeking to elevate their overall well-being holistically, this guide will be their trusted companion on the journey to holistic natural healing and living.
