For many of us, the coronavirus pandemic has exacted a radical shift in our lives.  Familiar routines have been disrupted. Career trajectories altered. Relationships have become fragile. 

But here’s the good news — rather than let change have full say over our life narrative, we can become active participants in our evolution. This is the theme of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s latest book “Becoming Supernatural: How Common People Are Doing The Uncommon.”

What really resonated for me while reading it was the immense impact that coherent inner states of consciousness and energy can have on one’s life. His message aligns well with my present journey of creating peak inner health for the post-pandemic road ahead.

On Having a Clear Intention

The more you practice, the more this new way of being will become a new habit, and these habits will become your new automatic patterns of thought, behaviors, and emotions. Once you start naturally feeling and embodying these elevated emotions, they will inhabit you, and you will actually become the person you want to be.
