I have been immensely curious about curiosity of late. So imagine my glee in randomly stumbling upon this book recently at Tattered Cover bookstore in Denver.
In “Curious Minds: The Power of Connection,” identical twins Perry Zurn and Dani A. Bassett write that their book represents the thought of one mind in two bodies. It’s here where they harness their respective and collective expertise in the humanities and the sciences to get irrepressibly curious about curiosity. Traipsing across literature of antiquity and medieval science, Victorian poetry and nature essays, as well as work by writers from a variety of marginalized communities, the duo trace a multitudinous world of curiosity that is in its essence about connection.
So what has captured your curious nature these days? And are there any books that have fueled your curiosity of late?
