For me, the two books that come to mind are (1) “Sacred Hoops” by Phil Jackson — What this book taught me is how my life flows effortlessly and stress free when I remain present in the moment. (2) “Warmth of Other Suns” by Isabel Wilkerson — The shocking narrative and historical accounts in this book opened my eyes to my own personal naiveties about Black History.
