The Great Good Place is one of my all-time favorite books! I actually teach acupuncture colleagues how to incorporate the concepts of the third place into their businesses, and create spaces that offer community and connection as well as healing. Books are such great connectors too. We need more third places in our world!

A dear friend of mine launched Third Place Bar here in NYC. It’s a booze-free pop up bar designed to be a fun, safe space for sober (curious) folks. Love the third place concept so much!
